To subscribe to RadarScope Pro, choose Store from the RadarScope menu at the top of the screen. From there, select your subscription tier and billing interval and follow the instructions for purchasing in-app content through the Mac App Store. Once purchased, RadarScope Pro features are unlocked automatically.
To upgrade from Tier 1 to Tier 2 on macOS:
Alternatively, you can upgrade from Tier 1 to Tier 2 via the macOS subscription settings in the App Store:
When upgrading from an active Tier 1 subscription to Tier 2, Apple will refund the unused portion of your Tier 1 subscription and then charge you the full price for the Tier 2 subscription. For example, if you have six months left of Tier 1 when you upgrade to Tier 2, Apple will refund about $4.99 for the unused portion of your Tier 1 subscription. You will have immediate access to the Tier 2 features, and your Tier 1 subscription will automatically cancel so that you're not charged for two subscriptions once it comes time to renew.
To downgrade your Tier 2 subscription to Tier 1, follow the instructions above for upgrading but select a Tier 1 instead of Tier 2. When you downgrade, it doesn't take effect right away. Your Tier 2 subscription will continue for the remainder of the period for which you've already paid. After the subscription time for Tier 2 has ended, your subscription will auto-renew as Tier 1.
Because subscriptions are sold and managed through each platform's app store, they're tied to your app store account. When you get a new device, you'll first need to log into the app store using the same account you used to purchase RadarScope and RadarScope Pro. Once doing so, restoring your subscription is straightforward:
If you've logged into the correct account and your subscription is valid, but you're still unable to restore it, contact our support team for assistance at support@wdtinc.com.
macOS provides an interface for viewing and managing all of your in-app subscriptions, and you can use it to manage your RadarScope Pro subscription. You can reach this through RadarScope by choose Store from the RadarScope menu, clicking the Pro tab, then clicking the Manage Subscriptions button at the bottom of the screen. For additional information, refer to the support guide provided by Apple for managing your subscriptions on macOS.
macOS doesn't expose a way for subscriptions to be canceled inside an app, so you must do so through the macOS subscription management page. In the Store view of the Preferences window view, tap the Manage Subscriptions button at the bottom of the screen, or refer to the support guide provided by Apple for managing your subscriptions on macOS. Once you've opened the subscription management view, select the RadarScope Pro subscription and follow the on-screen instructions to cancel your subscription.
Note that Apple doesn't provide refunds for unused subscription periods. When you cancel your subscription, it will remain active until the next expiration date. When the subscription expires, the features will be disabled and you won't be billed again unless you reactivate it.
To add a new device to your RadarScope Pro Tier 2 subscription, you first need to register your Tier 2 subscription on the platform from which you made the purchase. This process will create an account you can use to log in from your other devices. This blog post explains how to register Tier 2 and activate it on multiple devices.
